I didn’t finish my walk today. I had a friend pick me up and we ran some errands that I needed doing. I DID do my workouts when I finally got home though. So, today instead of 21,000 steps, I only have 16,000. That isn’t too bad. I’m not going to run myself crazy trying to get in anymore! I’m just going to get myself ready for bed. I’m going to get in there and read until time for bed. I am exhausted from the day.
I will get back on track tomorrow and get in my walk and my workouts on time! 🙂
